For the senior leaders of the Ministry of Defense of a Middle Eastern country, assessed the progress and risks of the Defense Transformation program, and recommended national-level policy and resource changes to accelerate the program.

For two successive four-star Chiefs of the US National Guard Bureau (NGB), designed and led “Project MUSTER”, a wide-ranging 15-month strategic review of the Chief’s roles, responsibilities, staff structures and processes.

For the senior military leaders in a Middle Eastern country, advised on the transition to a national-level Joint Staff.

For the Minister of Defense of a Middle Eastern country, completed a review of management of the Foreign Military Sales relationship with the United States.

For the CEO of a multinational enterprise, led a review of business strategy in Saudi Arabia, recommending changes in the government relations and business development approaches to increase growth and accelerate cashflow.

For the newly appointed CEO of a large privately-held security company, created the company’s growth strategy, making the case for a series of strategic acquisitions and market entry decisions to triple the size of the company and open new civilian private security markets.

For a European Ministry of Defense, advised the director of the next-generation fighter program on elements of program strategy and policy.

For an Asian Ministry of Defense, and a combined industry/government team, developed the bid strategy and key elements of the first post-WW2 effort to export a major weapon system.

For a Middle Eastern Ministry of Defense, led a joint team to design the strategy, policy, investment requirements and commercial approach for a new program to provide housing allowances and military-sponsored housing for members of the armed forces.

For the International Policy division of an Asian Ministry of Defense, developed options and budgets to establish the first permanent overseas base outside the home country. requirements.
